Very user-friendly well thought-out site designed by people who really want to make it convenient for users
I like the ease of which you can jump on the web and quickly line up an oponent and play a game.
I like the extra non-common online chess features, such as club forum, admin support, tournaments, player awards and recognition, Fischer Random Chess option, report Chat Abuse option, and many others.
I've been playing at instantchess on and off since freshman year of college in 2001. I'm learning the country flags by putting the mouse pointer on them on the opening page. How cool! Thanks guys, I'll throw you some money every so often for my subscription.
simple in use and very comprehensive for everybody, also for people who don't speak english very well
The rapid play is very nice; In 30 minutes you can play a serious game with nice opponents from all over the world
This site provides everything a chess player or learner needs. Competition, chat, openings reports and the ability to watch others in action are the things that I love most.
It's very aesthetically pleasing as well as inviting in it's setup. I used to play correspondence Chess by 'snail-mail' as a kid in the pre-computer/internet days although I have to add that I'm not as old as that sounds...merely a young 44. Basically, it was one move per postage stamp. Could take months(!) to finish a game! This is great!
I like the simplicity of InstantChess. This is a great place for the class level amateur player and I enjoy it very much. I have made some good friends here.
Instantchess.com is like Stacie's Mom, it's got it going on. Thanks for rocking my face off Instantchess. Cw
My Internet connection is via satellite and this is the only chess site I have played on where the long delay don't have any impact on the game. Thank you for that.
